Who runs it
Pascal Raabe runs The Research Lab. ICF-certified coach, UX research consultant and AI educator with 15+ years across startups and enterprise teams in Europe, Australia and the US. He's led research operations and coached product leaders through messy transitions.
These days he combines his research practice with AI: building tools, teaching courses on Udemy and Skillshare, working out daily where AI actually helps and where it gets in the way. The Lab is the room he wished existed while he was figuring that out on his own.
